DIGITAL MED COMMS ACCOUNT DIRECTOR- LONDON £45-£55
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Medical Communications agency for a Digital Account Director. This is an amazing opportunity to come on board a small agency and be a part of their fairly large growth plans for the New Year. With a new office opening up you will come into the company as one of the most senior members of the team, line managing existing and new employees within account handling.
As an Account Director you will be involved in maximising the full potential and profitability of designated accounts, pitching new business whilst maintaining existing client relationships and have responsibility for developing the Account Handling team.
The team are very sociable and approachable yet also want someone who has a high work ethic. Work hard, play hard is key to this agency.
If you are interested in this opportunity you must:
* Have a degree in a relevant subject (e.g. life science) or relevant industry experience
* Account Director experience or be a very Senior Account Manager looking to take the next step
* Line management/mentoring experience
* Worked in Digital Med Comms
* Be outgoing and motivational
