Role:

 

We are seeking consultative and driven sales executives to offer cross-border payment solutions from our suite of FX products to small and mid-size businesses within the Swedish market from our London office. This position offers both relationship management and sales development responsibilities with an opportunity to build an independent portfolio of clients by providing a sustainable and value-added service within the foreign exchange industry segment.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Through market research and network initiatives, independently identify and pursue new business opportunities within the small to medium-size business market.
  2. Perform analysis and provide market information on relevant risk management strategies concerning foreign exchange transactions through the usage of spot and forward products with existing and prospective clients.
  3. Price and execute transactions through our internal order system whilst providing excellent customer service and accurate pricing information.
  4. Work in collaboration with Compliance, Operation and Credit to ensure correct on-boarding procedures are followed.
  5. Absolute adherence to company compliance and regulatory requirements and guidelines.

 

Experience/Requirements

 

  1. Business market knowledge of Ireland. Previous sales experience within the Swedish business market is strongly preferred
  2. Strong sales and analysis skills for successful business generation
  3. Experience in the field of foreign exchange services
  4. Strong interpersonal skills, professional deportment and the ability to persuade
  5. Strong verbal and written communication ability
  6. Organization, verbal and visual presentation, and a proactive approach to sales
  7. Insight and experience to protect the company’s commercial priorities and positively drive client relationship
  8. Extreme attention to detail, particularly with respect to client information and payment data
  9. Fluecy in Swedish both written and spoken
