Reporting to the Division Director, responsibilities for the Account Executive will include:
- Developing and growing a client base and new business opportunities, marketing our services via telephone and in-person meetings with new and existing clients to expand the utilization of our services;
- Making recommendations to clients regarding candidates available to best meet the needs indicated by the client;
- Delivering outstanding customer service to clients and candidates;
- Strategic planning with teammates to accomplish business growth goals;
- Participating with industry and local trade associations to solidify the presence of Robert Half Financial Services Group within the local finance, financial services and accounting community.
Requirements Qualifications:
As a Robert Half Management Resources account executive, you will receive the best training, tools and technology to assist you in developing your business. Individuals work in a team environment while being held accountable for individual growth targets. A combination of recruiting, account development and account management skills are required.
Candidates to meet consideration for the role of Account Executive will have self-confidence, perseverance, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency. Candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong desire to succeed and an ability to leverage financial services experience to manage and grow his/her business. Experience in the financial services sector with a solid knowledge of back, middle and front office operations is desired. A Degree in Finance or a related field is also required while post-graduate qualification as an MBA, CFA, CA, CGA, CMA or an advanced degree in Economics, Mathematics or Risk Management is preferred.
