Responsibilities:
- South East Territory
- Selling Call Center Solutions: Software (IVR, Speech, CTI) and Professional Services to Enterprise Customers
- Anticipated Quota: 4.0M - 5.0M
- Products in Portfolio: Nuance Inbound and Outbound Customer Care Solutions including; Network Speech Products, Nuance On-Demand IVR, Nuance Notification Hub (Outbound) Nuance Professional Services, Third Party IVR and CTI (Avaya, Genesys and Cisco)
- Named accounts HQ'd in the Southeast Region (Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina )
- Target markets to focus on; Banking, Retirement Savings, Health Insurance, Insurance (Life and PC), Utilities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of direct end-user sales experience, selling complex, large-scale projects to Federal State Government agencies.
- Technical proficiency in computing, telephony and systems integration disciplines
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office and other desktop applications
- Ability to work with a minimum of direct supervision and with demonstrate initiative
- Communicate effectively with all levels of business and technical management
- Excellent written, verbal, and stand-up presentation skills.
- BS preferred in technical discipline
