What's in it for you?
You will be provided with a Base Salary circa $120,000 + Super + a very lucrative and more importantly achievable Commission Structure that includes accelerators and bonuses above the commissions. Realistic first year on target earnings (after ramp up period) is circa $180,000. Second year on target earnings are in excess of $250,000. The highest performers are earning in excess of $300,000.
What you will be doing:
The primary function of this position is to cultivate Network IP Infrastructure switching and routing business as well as to manage and leverage existing clientele. This position carries a monthly quota and quarterly achievement is a key measure of success. You will prospect and develop new client relationships within a defined geography or market by pro-actively networking, cold calling, and selling to multiple contacts within an organisation, including executive levels. Account Executives will manage and develop relationships with customers and provide a consultative sales approach that delivers the highest level of account management. You will generate revenue by identifying the datacenter business issues of clients and developing innovative proposals and delivering strategic sales presentations.

You must have to apply to this role:
- Current experience working with local vendor/manufacture teams. (Juniper, Brocade, F5, Riverbed, etc.)
- Extensive customer and industry contacts within assigned geographic region
- Superior business and negotiation skills
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
- Experience selling wireless infrastructure solutions preferred
- Experience selling Application Deliver Controllers (F5, Cisco, Citirix) preferred
- 5 to 7 years experience selling IP routing and switching in large Commercial/Enterprise networks.
