Software Sales Rep Central Business Solutions, INC is a New York City based software and hardware company that provides business solutions for various businesses and verticals. Not only do we lease copiers and printers to our customers, we also provide services to make their work environment more efficient and organized. We incorporate Managed Print Services (MPS) and Managed Network Services (MNS) to take over the entire printing and network environments. Position Summary The Sales Representative will work with prospective and current customers to understand their needs and find the current pains in order to propose the right solution. The Sales Rep will build tight relationships with the customers by ensuring continuous presence, establishing strong credibility, and showing a high level of competency. Key Responsibilities The primary responsibilities of the Sale Representative are: Generating business leads to achieve revenue growth through:
- Executing on Business Development programs (inside sales, demand generation program, contact management) Meeting or exceeding sales targets by managing the sales cycle and driving the opportunity through the pipeline by:
- Qualifying the opportunity and identifying the scope of the project
- Presenting the envisioned solution and developing shared vision with the customer
- Proofing the business value of the solution by providing live demos or mockups
- Closing the opportunity by making proposals, statements of work, contracts, and negotiating the details.
- Ensuring that the solution meets the customers’ needs and developing cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in related sales. Proven history of successful quota attainment.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate new business and to retain the current customer base by building a strong relationship.
- Capacity to understand the business needs of the customer, identify the current pains, and then match it in the proposed solution.
