Kelly Services has an exciting opportunity in Carmel Mountain for an Account Executive. This is a $3K/month draw vs. Commission and is a temp to hire opportunity. We are looking for candidates with experience and who meet the requirements specified below. This position would require · Call on suspects and prospects to obtain applications, provide quotes and secure their business; Utilize insurance program knowledge to customize insurance to suit individual needs · Call on existing policyholders to explain policy, to analyze insurance program and suggest additions or changes. Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various competitive policies to promote the sales of insurance plans; Utilize insurance program knowledge to customize insurance to suit individual needs · Work with underwriters to obtain coverage terms and work with Customer Service Representatives to clarify or resolve issues. · Confer with clients to obtain and provide information when claims are made on a policy. · Meet sales volume requirements as designated by supervisor · Maintain knowledge of insurance programs and products · Attend tradeshows and conventions and conventions to obtain prospect and to promote company?s insurance products. Perform special tasks as assigned. Successful Candidates will have · High School Diploma or equivalent · Property and Casualty license · Over two years and up to five years? experience · Proficient with MS word and Excel · Time management/organization, problem solving, math, communication (verbal written), commitment/dedication, flexibility, teamwork, outgoing/positive personality, tough minded.
