Account Executive

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Account executives are responsible for managing the sales activities related to Aruze Gaming America’s products.  The successful candidate will maintain and enhance customer relationships necessary to insure the maximum penetration of our products, services and will consistently meet sales targets in assigned territories.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·     Establish and maintain relationships with qualified casino operators.

·     Position and present products and manage the sales process.  This includes prospecting, scheduling appointments, meeting pre-planning, making initial presentations, understanding business needs, developing proposals, negotiating sales, overcoming objections and closing sales.

·     Follow-up on customer requirements and insure that customers are satisfied with all aspects of the product fulfillment process.

·     Collect and analyze performance data and present results to management and utilize the results to strategically place the product on the casino floor.

·     Prepare and maintain accurate Sales/Product forecasts

·     Practices consultative selling skills to strategically place the Aruze gaming product in gaming establishments.

·     Generates status reports and keeps management apprised of all sales activities.

·     Exhibits high degree of passion and energy to achieve maximum sales /placements of the Aruze Gaming Product.

·     Monitor and report on market activities such as new products, trending and competitor’s in the market.

·     Accountable for customer satisfaction and providing high quality service in representing Aruze brands.

·     Travel regularly throughout defined territory to maintain relationship with customers and to secure additional orders from customers.

·     Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

·     Mentors account associate to develop best practices.

·     Other duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent. 

Experience: A minimum of 3+ year’s sales experience is required.

Skills, knowledge, and qualifications:  Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
