Caliber, a subsidiary of Daymon Interactions, is seeking a talented Account Executive to join our growing team. Caliber provides retailers and manufacturers with real-time information about their brands to help them keep more customers and increase sales.
The Account Executive serves as the primary point of contact for multiple Caliber engagements, and takes ownership for the success of clients’ customer experience measurement programs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand clients’ corporate initiatives and goals to build value-added relationships
- Collaborate with clients to design mystery shopper survey instruments, data reporting requirements, and program logistics.
- Continuously monitor program execution, performance, and objectives and provide timely and relevant reports for each program
- Communicate status of each project to appropriate internal and external business partners
- Manage Independent Contractor communication, process, policies and procedures
- Generate reports and organize information utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- General support of activities and projects as needed
EDUCATION/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years in a project management or account management role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Strong computer skills – must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven record of client/customer satisfaction
- Ability to balance needs and priorities of internal and external teams
- Ability to swiftly problem solve and innovatively resolve issues for clients
- Superb time-management and organizational skills
