Account Executive (must have understanding of OTC derivatives) recruitment

Job Scope

•  Effectively lead the existing subscribers in Japan

•  Acquire new subscribers in Japan.

•  Provide technical support to existing product subscribers in Japan.

•  Work closely with Service Management team and Business Development teams globally.

•  Plan and carry out, locally, multiple projects.

•  Support Head of product team in Japan to communicate with regulators and local CCPs, plan and carry out marketing activities, communicate with people in the media

•  Promote existing and new services to Japanese financial institutions in the near future.

•  To fulfil any additional duties as required

Job Requirements

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Japanese and English

• Analytical ability

• Results oriented and personal accountability

• Quality and control, with excellent attention to detail

• Sophisticated customer communication skills in traditional Japanese manner

• Broad understanding of OTC derivatives business and operation, especially risk management of IRS and post-trade process

• Good IT knowledge is preferable

• Bachelors degree / Masters degree

• Preferably 2+ to 5 years experience in the area of OTC derivatives FO/MO
