Account Executive recruitment

The role will require you to assist the Investor Access Account Managers in the development of the team’s offering using an already-strong network. You will aid the Account Managers in arranging client roadshows and meetings for investors and will collect feedback after these events to give to clients.

Your role will involve relationship building with professional investors, corporate brokers and financial PR advisors to develop new corporate clients using your expert knowledge of the firm, its services and unique selling points. You will assist with team administrative tasks and complete them in a timely manner as well as attending client events on request and help to prepare pre meeting documents such as meeting invitation and schedules. In addition you will be responsible for handling enquiries from the investment community, communicating with the Account Director to maintain good client management, and prepare proposal documentation if requested.

The ideal candidate will bring a sound knowledge of and interest in the financial markets. In particular you will have excellent telephone communication skills.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably with one year’s provably office experience.

You will have the highest levels of integrity and professionalism with excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.

You must be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and know how to multitask and prioritise your work.
