Account Executive - Telephone Sales - Charlotte, NC Are you looking for a fast moving, creative environment where you can use your expertise to develop and market cutting-edge interactive and digital products? Our Henderson, NV office is currently hiring for Telephone Account Executives for business - to - business online Advertising Sales! Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Initiate telephone calls for the purpose of selling internet advertising. - Responsible for meeting aggressive sales quotas and objectives; posting daily results. - Responsible for developing sales strategies prior to contacting designated market using a variety of visual and other sales aids. - Determining an accounts internet needs through basic probing interviews to tailor the appropriate internet product(s). - Schedules, organizes, and prioritizes work to meet customer and directory deadline scheduling demands promptly, accurately, and efficiently. - Prepares internet layouts and background information, as basis for recommending advertising programs and internet listing arrangements to meet the needs of each business. - Prepares forms and letters, handles detailed paperwork and executes contracts for billing. - Works with reference material including sales practices and tariff regulations. - Constant daily contacts with customers. Work requires a high degree of accuracy. Job is non-routine and requires flexibility to switch from handling customer calls to detailed paperwork, etc. Intermediate to proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel and internet navigation are required. Incumbents must be computer literate and have the ability to learn new internal software programs as needed by the business. Training: You will receive paid training in one of our world class training facilities. This is instructor-led classroom training. This consists of formal instruction and on-the-job training. Supervision: This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, with 3-5 years+ of professional performance based business-to-business sales experience but will accept equivalent work experience. Assessing the customer's needs and finding solutions which best serve them. Ability to use all YellowPages.com systems and as necessary to make recommendations on how to improve existing systems or recommend better practices which can be propagated to other departments and properties.
