Account Executive/Customer Service

Our client, a leading Financial Services Company based in Central London, are looking to recruit an experienced Account Executive to join their Client Services team.

Our client, who also have offices in Sydney, Toronto, San Francisco and Hong Kong, are one of the world's largest online deliverable foreign exchange providers and service a global corporate and private client base. They are expanding rapidly so this would be an exciting time to join the Company!

In this role, you will be responsible for speaking with up to 100 registered clients on a daily basis, handling both inbound and outbound calls and emails. Providing an exceptional service, you will be establishing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients, dealing with a range of queries including payment and banking issues, setting up new accounts, advising clients on FX market movements and confirming spot and forward FX trades.

· Excellent written and oral communications skills
· Able to develop and manage key client relationships
· A proactive approach to applying successful follow up techniques
· The ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
· Great process management and multi-tasking abilities
· Strong computer skills
· A commitment to providing consistently outstanding customer service
· An interest in the Foreign exchange market
· A financial background would be advantageous
