Our Client, one of the largest independent insurance intermediaries in Europe, has a fantastic opportunity for an Account Handler to join their team based in the West Midlands area.
As Account Handler a key duty within this role will be providing support to the Commercial Sales Team. You will prepare new business, midterm and renewal quotations, handle an allocation of commercial accounts, effectively update new business and renewal spreadsheets and deliver excellent customer service by responding swiftly to client queries and concerns.
The successful applicant for this role will be previously experienced within Commercial Account Handling. You will demonstrate good communication and decision making skills and an ability to prioritise and organise your own workload. Additionally you will be able to work supportively with colleagues and gel as part of a successful team.
