The Account Management Associate helps to ensure that all BIA products and services are delivered smoothly, successfully and at the highest level of quality possible. The Associate reports directly to an Account Manager and helps to support the Manager’s established client base. The Associate will support the retention, renewal and growth of these clients and eventually will manage his/her own book of business.
Roles Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects, training sessions, research reports and other client deliverables
- Organize and oversee logistics and travel for client events, such as training programs, office hours, meetings, etc.; participate and provide support as needed
- Solicit and field requests and questions from clients and then direct them to the proper channels internally
- Work with internal departments to ensure that BIA presents the best face possible, including assisting with new product development, report production, etc.
- Follow and assist with client utilization and usage reporting, and address any issues that might suggest revenue or relationship risk
- Proactively identify opportunities for additional client work by staying current with market news and events

Qualifications and Experience:
- Prefer two to four years of work experience in investment management, management consulting or other relevant areas
- Interest and experience in investment or business analysis; financial markets
- Understanding of investment strategies and the information needed by clients to make investment decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance or other relevant areas; strong academic achievement
