Based in Trafford Park Offices my client is looking for strong sales administrators who provide an excellent service to clients.

Duties will include the following: -

-Creating and implementing controls to capture customers supply chain activity and implement continuous improvement initiatives
-Demonstrating cost efficiencies value to the customer through monthly quarterly reviews.
-Management/ coordinatione and validatione of all declaration flow on /off the customer's account including processing of data where necessary.
-Continual analysis and communication of customer's account trends and/ performance by producing, understanding and interpreting data from other core system reports, and providing recommendations / actions.
-Building relationships with key stakeholders at the customer and escalating issues where appropriate
-Close liaison with with /customer account managers to ensure all customer issues raised via CEM are expedited and resolved
-Close links with the audit team to support customer audits and resolve discrepancies where possible
-Presenting to clients
-Regular checks on declarations to minimise audit problems

Knowledge/skills/experience required:
-Analytical skills including the ability to interpret graphs and detailed data.
-Excellent telephone voice manner to support customer reviews
-Ability to identify trends and highlight any errors
-Quality and attention to detail is essential.
-Strong functional / technical skills / experience in working with Excel, Access, SAP, BW, and PowerPoint would be beneficial.
-A second European language would be advantageous but not essential.
