Account Management Senior Consultant/Manager
- Leverage the comprehensive account management framework and AMP network to develop and implement efficient account infrastructure, bring leading practices to account teams and contribute back to the program
- Build strong cross–functional relationships with all members of the account team
- Work closely with the team's Project Controllers (PC) and Lead Client Marketer (LCM) to deliver efficient support to the account
- Support client planning sessions and processes including agenda development, materials gathering and consolidation, coordination among Lead Entity Partners, meeting logistics as well as developing action items and next steps
- Drive coordination of lead opportunity management process including RTrak entries, updates, reporting and maintenance
- Lead the development and maintenance of key relationship management tools including account–level relationship map/ political balance sheet, organizational charts; manage relationship building action items across the account team
- Coordinate Client Satisfaction Assessment activities with project and account leadership (identify and develop focus areas, collect and synthesize interview data, and incorporate into account plan as appropriate)
- Develop and maintain account–level on–and–offboarding materials
- Coordinate account specific training and any account–specific contractual onboarding requirements (i.e. background checks and drug screening)
- Coordinate support and project resources globally and with subcontractors as needed
- Develop and maintain account web site and newsletter
- Research and distribute relevant client and marketplace news to account team
- Develop and implement relevant communication tools (i.e. Account wiki, account website)
- Identify, develop and communicate client specific points of view
- Work with the LCM to communicate relevant thought leadership to team
- Responsible for qualifications collection and distribution
- Support the account team in collecting relevant client materials (engagement deliverables etc.)
- Act as the gateway for all client related information requests
- Collect and maintain all executed contracts/SoW's in central repository
- Monitor and manage adherence to MSA, including support of and participation in MSA negotiations
- Collaborate with LCM and ensure linkage with OCEO, The Deloitte Client Experience, and SRI by sharing insights on leading and unique client service practices
- Understand Deloitte's competitive landscape and benchmarking account data. Apply learnings to build marketing strategy
- Propose additional ideas for client team to connect with clients, including customization of Deloitte eminence–building activities to meet client needs
- Identify brand differentiators at the client and create client–specific marketing materials that address particular issues, as well as communicate capabilities and value delivered
