We are presently seeking an Account Manager, Application Software solutions, Public Services sector, to be based in their Toronto area office.

Responsibilities:
· Work in conjunction with marketing and management teams to develop strategic plans and strategies designed to generate business opportunities and increase revenues within the Public Services sector.
· Prospect and identify potential clients
· Define the ongoing business needs of both current and prospective clients and position the software solutions that best meet those requirements.
· Collaborate with various internal teams, mentoring them on industry, deal and sales best practice knowledge in positioning software products and solutions that meet and exceed the customer’s expectations of value.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years successful experience in a consultative sales role, selling complex application software solutions
· Experience selling application software solutions to Public Service accounts
· Good working knowledge of application products and solutions
· Proven contract negotiation skills; strong presentation skills
· Experience with the full sales cycle
· A University degree or equivalent
