Our client is rapidly growing technology-based organisation offering a broad range of integrated and flexible IT infrastructure solutions.

This is a business, which is rapidly growing, and therefore a strong market player within its field. Consequently, the company is constantly finding itself adapting to the constant market changes.

Due to company growth our client is looking for an Internal account manager within the retentions team. The role will entail working on your portfolio of 250 accounts with an aim to retain, grow and renew accounts. This will require promoting new products and services generating business leads. The role will also entail:

 Making regular, planned outbound calls to existing client base to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships with the aim of retaining and growing allocated contract base.
Developing customer relationships through telephone and email

Meeting productivity and sales targets with performance being measured against pre-defined KPI's
Preparing and submitting re-sign quotation documentation in order to secure multi year
agreement terms
Handling inbound customer calls and escalating appropriately
Handling, managing and resolving of customer issues, complaints and queries ensuring
high level of customer services
Providing accurate and detailed reporting where required

That’s why we need someone ideally with an account management experience. Someone with excellent communications and ability to build relationships to secure future sales.
