Account Manager

Our Client, a growing supplier of specialty packaging products seeks a strategic leader to further expand sales within one of its most successful regions. Well into its second decade of business its comprehensive packaging product lines have been recognized for value and its distribution system for reliability. During that time, key growth has been accomplished through providing successful client solutions within the Consumer Product manufacturing channels.

This manufacturer is looking for an individual to further expand its sales to top Consumer Product Manufacturing accounts located in North Texas. Key emphasis for the position will focus on identifying new business opportunities with well known manufacturers as well as managing existing accounts within the region. To support these activities this leader will collaborate with company leaders to develop innovative product and service solutions for client product packaging needs. Additional responsibilities will be centered on the development of target account plans, identification of service opportunities and formulation of forecasts to support aggressive sales growth execution. Special duties will include collaboration with company ownership to develop and execute long term growth strategies for the company as a whole.

To qualify for the exciting opportunity you must posses a minimum of 2 years successful direct account sales experience focused on valued-added, innovative and creative packaging and/or labeling solution programs. A "hunter" sales attitude along with successful client relationship building skills is highly sought in this role. A background of collaboration with client and company side leadership in the areas of Folded Cartons, Flexible Packaging, Films and/or Pressure Sensitive Labeling products is highly valued. A current track record of successful packaging sales dedicated to Food, Personal Care, Healthcare or other Consumer Product manufacturing accounts located in DFW (or selected surrounding areas) will further qualify you for this role.

Annual earnings are not capped. However, compensation package will be based on experience and current client connectivity.
