We are a Telecom and Wireless Lan Networking hardware distributor in Toronto, Canada. Currently, we have Account Managers position opening.
Account Managers - Sales
Job Description: As a key member of our sales team, the Account Manager will be responsible for developing new channel business in telecom and wireless LAN networking products.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Recruiting and certifying new resellers and distributors.
- Achieve sales targets for new business sales and increase sales with existing resellers.
- Good marketing knowledge in order to assist into marketing strategy planning
- Develop and manage your own geographic territory and target any potential new partners.
- Apply cold calling, phone prospecting, and face to face sales meetings and presentations to close new resellers account.
- Have a good understanding of Channel Sales: Rebates, Co-Op funds and marketing through a distribution sales channel.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain daily or as needed contact with potential partners.
- Assist in the processing of orders and address any incoming sales calls.
- Experience in Marketing events : Trade shows, webinars and travel
Job Requirements:
- Sales experience in telecommunications/wireless networking or a related technology based industry.
- Experience in selling to distributions and dealers channel.
- Must be strong prospecting /hunting; negotiating skills; and building relationship skills.
- Entry level of sales experience with a proven ability to achieve new business development revenue objectives.
- University / College graduated
- Outgoing, strong work ethic, self motivated.
- Results-oriented and desire for success
- Excellent oral and written communication skills – including great presentation skills.
- Knowledgeable in computer networking products
- Excellent communications in English, French is an asset.
