Account Manager

Dynamic and progressive, our client has a long-established reputation built on challenging the normal strategies and ways of thinking in the superannuation industry.

Working closely with Relationship Managers and the client Members Services team, your key focus is to be the first and main contact for a new major client advising on general and legislative queries, as well as ensuring all administrative requirements are fulfilled. Working in conjunction with the Relationship Manager and the Plan Conversion team, you will ensure smooth transition from the previous Trustee to the new. You will have sound knowledge and expertise dealing with Benefit payment Confirmation and preparing bi-annual statements.

Minimum 3-5 years experience in the superannuation industry, with a minimum of 1 year experience as an Account Manager/ Senior Fund Administrator. You will posses high level technical superannuation knowledge, namely Defined benefits, experience in the administration of superannuation funds and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have a related tertiary qualification and have completed RG146 training or equivalent. Intermediate excel skills and knowledge of Superb 2000 is essential.
