- Relationship building and communication with clients, designers, suppliers etc.
- Responsible for organising creative briefing with clients and designers
- Organising quotes and collating costs
- Manage all costs to complete billing for finished products
- Problem solving
- Minimum 2 years experience within an account management role in a studio or production based environment
- Experience working with deadlines in a studio or agency environment
- Understanding of the Print Industry and Multimedia
- Experience with Account Management and excellent customer service skills
- Experience with Adobe applications will be highly advantageous
Our client, a Global IT organisation focussed on providing innovative Business Consulting Services and customer focussed IT solutions to key clients worldwide has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to work a 20 hour week within their Design Studio onsite at St. Leonard's.
This department is part of the Marketing Communications Group and is responsible for building and implementing customer strategies, programs and capabilities that result in market leadership, customer loyalty and customer satisfaction. The department is responsible for servicing internal customers for all media requirements.

This role will suit someone prepared to work 20 hours per week broken into 5 days of 4 hours. Start and finish times are flexible. We are looking for someone who is organised, personable, reliable, willing to learn and ready for a challenge.
