Account Manager

This opportunity will suit someone who wants to establish a hugely rewarding career within a market leading, global medical consumables business and who enjoys the challenge of proactively growing a sales territory and is willing to share both the risk and reward as the incentives are uncapped but variable. You control your income growth through your efforts, tenacity and abilities. An ideal candidate will have fresh ideas to solve problems or get around road-blocks into accounts and be able to negotiate successfully successful outcomes.

In this role you will be calling into new  accounts whilst also calling on existing  key  accounts to drive sales activity and revenue growth ( with a strong orientation towards opening new accounts / competitive  account  conversions ),  and there is exceptional opportunity to be well rewarded for exceeding your targets within your own personal account portfolio. A key element of the challenge will be the continuously evolving sales environment for medical device within Qld Health including tendering and procurement of products.

You can come from any direct / tangible sales background ( ideally surgical ) and the key factors to success are your sales ability, communication skills, enthusiasm. You will be able to demonstrate growing your territory previously through proven TM skills and new business development activities.  You will be able to demonstrate how you work with customers to deliver an effective value proposition and service their requirements, plus your ability to close.

You are encouraged to apply if you have a background in business where there is a rapid turnover in products or ongoing revenue streams with a business development focus or a role where cold calling and establishing new relationships is a focus of your time.  

Your earnings are uncapped, and once you hit your target you are put onto an accelerated commission plan that will enable you to earn significantly more than $30k each year on target.

You must be able to show a stable employment history and exceptional sales results.
