- Identify and enact best practices that make it easy for the Channel Partners and their customers to do business with our client.
- Serve as the point of contact, both internally and externally (Channel Partners and their customers), for daily operational and process issues related to solutions sold, implemented, and supported by their Channel Partners.
- Work closely with Business Development Managers and General Managers to manage escalated and strategic requests for these activities that come through them.
- Work closely with the Support and Client Services team to provide guidance and assistance with daily management of these activities.
- Serve as the resident Operations expert to their Channel Team and Channel Partners.
- Provide forecasting, analysis, and monitoring of key hardware and software metrics and information, plus communication of all key solution initiatives to the Channel, acting as the liaison between Channel Partners and internal groups to proactively address any software or hardware issues or improvement projects in the field.
- Provide strategic reporting as need to monitor various aspects of the business and track project initiatives.
- You will require general computer skills and strong familiarity with Microsoft productivity software (Excel, Word, Access a plus).
- Ability to come up to speed quickly with their company systems, proprietary systems and emerging technology.
- You must have the ability to improvise and solve complex problems, ability to multi-task, process improvement and results driven, strong relationship management skills, proven leadership in difficult customer service situations, proven leadership skills to rally cross functional teams, strong sense of ownership, and strong sense of urgency.
- Desired experience includes 18 months project/program management; 18 months customer service, 6-12 months people management, experience in either or both hardware and software solutions and familiarity with management of Channel activities.
