Our Client, Cisilion, is seeking an experienced and successful Account Manager.


The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate that they can manage and develop relationships with existing and new clients to maximise the sales of the broad portfolio of Cisilion services and solutions. There is a requirement to develop existing major clients whilst adding new logo clients maximizing both turnover and profit. Cisilion’s focus solutions include Data Centre, Unified Communications, Mobility, Switching and Routing and Network Security. All of these are supported by our very successful 24/7 managed services.


The ability to forge deep and broad relationships is essential. Cisilion are focused on providing business impacting solutions that assist in our client’s business transformation objectives.

Key skills required are in Financial Markets, Service Provider and Enterprise with particular emphasis on delivering large complex solutions and managed service contracts.


They must have experience in at least 2 of the following: NetApp, VMware, Cisco and EMC. Experience in Solarwinds, RedBox, F5, Riverbed or Oracle (Sun) would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

·Implement the sales strategy to ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded

·Identify, develop and maintain key relationships with clients to broaden share of wallet

·Maintain a high-profile Cisilion presence in the market place through the creation of win-win situations with customers that turn a sales relationship into a long-term commercial partnership.

·Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives.

Key skills

·Minimum 3 years experience selling Cisco, NetApp, VMware or EMC.

·3-5 years demonstrable track record of successful sales in the IT industry

·Experience of selling at senior and executive levels

·Experience selling complex technical solutions to executive management

·Ability to network within a customer organisation to identify all key influencers and decision makers

The position is offering a basic salary in the range £40k - £55k with the potential to earn the same again in OTE, plus a £5k travel allowance.
