Account Manager
The company
Our client is a multinational company leader in oil gas market.
The role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Account Manager - EP will be responsible for:
- Relationship with all Petrobras' sites;
- Responsible for customer portfolio, and manages all activities concerning them (both commercial and technical) in order to achieve, expenses management, profitability and personnel forecast in a budget (district PL);
- Actively participates in the creation and implementation of accounts growth (target accounts) and meet the (PL) budget;
- Capability for winning new accounts, and shows the aggressively and commitment required to ensure the Company's growth targets are achieved;
- Propose appropriate solutions to the customer needs and manage the achievement of the customer needs, and manages metrics to ensure their implementation;
- Participate in the development, participation and applications, of external talk with training in the customer-site;
- Ensure external divulgation, differentiation, and consolidation of the company's brand and its market goals, as well integrity and corporate;
- Interact with other Company departments to obtain information connected with his job and professional growth. Use all of the resources made available to him by the organization. Identify key contacts that may contribute for implementation of the strategies;
- Technical analysis of the business and activities involved in his/her portfolio. Endeavor to maintain his/her accounts;
- Maintain technical performance and ensure business continuity;
- Full use of the resources made available to his/her commercial area: PNP/ROE/VOOC/VGP, in addition Six Sigma tools, integrity guidelines in EHS Guidelines by the organization;
- Maximize relationships with the customer, ensuring total commitment and fidelity to the solutions proposed;
- Coaches his subordinates, and creates conditions for development and creating conditions for development, and talent identification.
Profile
- University degree. Preferably Engineering, Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry;
- Strong experience required;
- Knowledge of finances and commercial;
- Fluent English;
- Experience with field service will be a differential.
