Providing gearing, broking and cash management solutions to advisors and broking groups your responsibilities will broadly entail:
Providing account management support to Independent Financial Advisers, brokers and direct clients
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge of the equities market, managed fund market, as well as products, services and trading platforms offered
- Advising clients of current market conditions, loan positions, as well as market data and announcements
- Initiating ASX orders by placing, amending, cancelling trades, as well as facilitate transactions with Fund Managers.
- Identifying and facilitate cross sales and referral opportunities to our business development network.
Applicants should possess a strong knowledge of gearing products, margin lending and equity markets. A passion for customer service is essential and should be matched with a strong track record of performance in a call centre environment.
