We are looking for a Benefits Account Manager in our Santa Barbara, CA location to service all clientele in a consistent and professional manner. To work with producers to maintain synergy with Hub International corporate goals, our carrier requirements, and the needs of our clients.
In the Account Manager role you will provide the highest quality of professional service to every customer. This includes answering questions, providing professional information, enhancing existing policies and PROVIDING OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE TO OUR CLIENTS.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma, AA or college degree preferred. Insurance license required. Preferably two to five years benefits experience for a brokerage. Computer literacy required.
