Account Manager/ Business Development

Small, growing company in Capitol Heights, MD is seeking an intelligent, articulate, and professional individual with a college degree (or seeking a college degree) and sales experience to be the point of contact for new and existing customers. The Account Manager will respond to inbound sales inquiries from new and potential customers, foster relationships with existing clients, performing a variety of administrative tasks, and work with the operations department to build strategies for meeting the needs of our customers. This is an intellectually challenging position that requires attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. This is a great position for an inquisitive-minded individual who understands customer relationship management.

Work hours are:

Monday thru Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm.

Responsibilities:

• Work with customers - both new and existing to understand and meet their requirements
• Answering phones talking to customers
• Perform customer satisfaction surveys
• Administrative tasks
• Updating reports and data entry
• Report directly to the President

This position starts at $50k with bonus potential. Non-smoking office.
