Account Manager/ Director recruitment
A newly created role, the Manager/ Director is responsible to develop, manage and enhance new and existing client relationships to ensure client retention, revenue and growth. Other responsibilities include:
- To develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders internationally.
- Work closely with Sales, Service Delivery, IT Client Implementation teams to ensure seamless On-Boarding.
- To project management client specific projects as identified by Account Director or overall business strategy.
- On-going research into other services that can be incorporated and offered to our clients.
- Continually evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the product and services offered to clients.
- Identify areas for improvement and to project management changes by working with key stakeholders and roll out to clients.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as may be specified from time to time by the line Manager.
The successful candidate will have 6 years of working experience, with at least 3 years in client servicing, business to business relationship/ account management, ideally in the business services sector. You will have a strong commercial understanding, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills and be a confident networker. Able to deal with the widely varying needs of the clients, be a center of expertise both for prospective customers and other parts of the business. Mandarin speaking is a must.
