RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for leading Yellow Shoes account management work including strategic planning, project management, and execution. Must be able to help drive marketing and creative strategies based on relevant consumer insight and business insight. Responsible for developing and presenting insightful and actionable creative briefs. Must be able to independently manage creative projects from briefing to execution. Works closely with internal partners and external agency partners to contribute to the development of creative assets that move the business forward.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
•Minimum of 5 years of marketing, advertising or related business experience
• Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written.
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship skills with demonstrated, proven leadership skills.
• Proven operational and organizational management skills.
• Strong, proven analytic and financial skills.
• Strong judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently with a minimum of direction; motivated self-starter.
• Demonstrated understanding of print/broadcast development and production processes.
• Able to work with bi-coastal teams, managing equally demanding priorities
• Strong team player with ability to handle multiple tasks and multiple people with flexibility in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Understanding and working knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media, direct mail and Alliance Marketing
• Familiarity with multi-media needs and development process (i.e. network and spot tv, newspaper, radio, magazine, on-line, digital media, collateral, outdoor)
• Proven knowledge of brand management and experience working with or for world-renown consumer brands
• Understanding and working knowledge of consumer research tools and methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
