Life Fitness a Brunswick company, is the world’s leading solutions provider specializing in the design, manufacture and marketing of fitness equipment for commercial and consumer use.

 

We are currently looking for an Account Manager Distributor Business EMEA to join our young dynamic team in our office in Barendrecht.

Account Manager Distributor Business EMEA

Your main responsibilities will include, but not to be limited to the following;

 

·         Manage, direct, develop and coordinate the sales and distribution relationship between Life Atlantic B.V. and the distributors in the EMEA region. Meet sales and margin objectives as agreed with Country Manager Distributor Business EMEA;

·         According to strategy, implement distribution in those areas not covered to date in close cooperation with the Country Manager Distributor Business EMEA;

·         According to strategy replace non-performing distributors in certain area’s;

·         Collect and manage monthly sales forecast pipelines from distributors in appointed part of the EMEA area;

·         Execute field visits to train and inform distributors, distributor sales force on products and marketing strategy of Life Fitness.

The ideal candidate will have the following;

 

·         5 years international Sales experience in (indirect) commercial goods environment;

·         Preferably cultural understanding and knowledge of the Middle East, (Eastern) Europe and Africa;

·         BA/BS degree;

·         Outstanding personal relations and communication and presentation skills;

·         Resourceful ‘solutions-thinker’;

·         Excellent knowledge of the English language is required, preferably of the French language as well;

·         Proven experience in working with CRM tools is a perseverance;

·         Effective at team work, achieving goals with others;

·          Willingness to travel approximately 30-40% of the time;
