Account Manager – Equity Electronic Trading – High Frequency Trading – Low Latency Market Data recruitment
The Role:
Our client is looking for an experienced sales or account manager for the growing Sell-Side System client base. You should have a solid account management, relationship manager or client serivices background with knowledge of High frequency trading, low latency market data, equity electronic trading with equities experience.
As well as looking after the key top tier client accounts, you will be responsible for developing your own strategic up-sales pipeline and following up leads provided to achieve sales targets or managing accounts and providing solutions to the clients. You will have daily interaction with prospects and be responsible for managing the process, a solid technical understanding will be required.
This role interacts with internal business areas in order to allow an excellent level of customer service, strong communication skills are essential for this client facing role.
Qualifications:
• Equity market experience
• Previous account management experience (3 years plus) from a HFT, EMS or Electronic Trading Systems provider
• Ability to identify new prospects and build and maintain solid client relationships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Aptitude to excel in a fast paced, rapidly growing environment
