Account Manager Financial Data Sales
Our client, a multinational software firm focused at the finance industry is currently looking for Account Managers. This candidate will primarily be responsible for managing existing accounts, delivering a positive overall client experience and supporting account growth and new business development.
Specifically, the Account Manager will be responsible for:
Maintaining strong relationships with client organizations, addressing their needs, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Developing an exceptional understanding of, and staying current on, the products and functionality and their application to specific clients.
Demonstrating a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles such as financial statement analysis, business valuation, cash flow, company reporting and stock selection.
Managing internal and external tracking and reporting and analyzing client usage trends.
Addressing product related questions from clients by seeking solutions across appropriate internal groups.
Partnering with Business Development and Account Development Executives to support and service multiple accounts.
Mentoring Client Development Analysts by providing instruction and positive modeling.
For the Account Manager position, we typically hire professionals with at least 2 years professional experience in the Investment Banking, Investment Research, Investment Management, Financial Consulting, or Financial Data Sales fields.
