Our client is a global Fund Administrator and currently seeking an Account Manager for their Bahrain office who will be responsible for overseeing and growing a team of Senior Fund Accountants and Fund accountants.

Your responsibilities will include:

*Ensure timely and accurate NAV calculation on a weekly or monthly basis along with any other client specific reporting requirements.
*Development of the business by liaising with the senior management and ensuring full communication from bottom up and implementation of new processes and controls as required
*Implementation and refinement of SAS 70 controls
*Ensuring client enquiries are answered in accordance with service standards
*Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and other requirements of the funds specifications
*Detailed review of NAV calculations for Hedge Funds
*Preparation of annual financial statements
*Supervision, training and recruitment of staff

Requirements:

*A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
*ACA, CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent qualification desirable
*Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills
*Word, Excel and Access
*Experience on Paxus an advantage
