Account Manager – Hedge Funds recruitment
Continuing to build on an excellent start to 2012 in terms of new clients under administration coupled with their increasing global brand, our client, a specialist in the provision of Hedge Fund Services is keen to enlist the services of an experienced Account Manager/Team Leader within their developing operations team
Some of the major responsibilities will include:
- Review reconciliation of cash and security transactions
- The successful applicant will work as part of our team of Client Relationship Managers servicing European based clients.
- The role involves managing multiple client relationships within the Global Operating Model.
- Each CRM is the single point of contact for each client, which requires the CRM to work closely with staff in our Global offices to supervise all elements of the services that we provide
Further Day to Day duties as required:
- Review pricing of portfolio's including Equities, Options, Futures, Fixed Income, OTC's and Forwards
- Review of fee schedules including calculation of management and performance fees.
- Review of investor allocations for each NAV cycle.
- Responding to client queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Review of SAS70 compliant daily, weekly and monthly files
- Managing and training of fund accountants and supervisors on all aspects of NAV process
- Assist in preparation and review of audited Financial Statements and annual audit
- Review of reporting for the Regulatory authorities
You will have gained at least 7 years Fund Accounting experience coming from a Hedge Fund and or Fund of Fund background. You will be technically strong and will demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.
