Account Manager
Job Description The Account Manager will be directly responsible for providing premier customer service to Wal-Mart Corporation on a daily basis for TeleCheck. The AM will be located on-site at Walmart corporate offices in Bentonville, AR and will potentially support other First Data products and services when a need arises. The AM will provide consultative services, customer service and be the primary escalation point for Walmart home office and store/club associates as well as escalated consumer issues. The AM will have ownership regarding process improvement, identifying root cause and problem resolution. The position will act as an escalation point for client issues and will make day to day operational decisions that are best for First Data TeleCheck and Walmart.
