Paul H. Gesswein Co., founded in 1914, markets and distributes tools and equipment to industrial markets and jewelry manufacturers. These products are primarily sold in the US along with our branch offices in Canada, Thailand and India. The company is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to service a pre-determined customer base specifically with our industrial customers and work from our Bridgeport, CT headquarters. This motivated individual will be responsible for developing sales within a given territory. This person must possess a strong desire and ability to work on their own in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This is an important position in the company reporting to the VP of Sales.
Responsibilities Goals:
• Account Maintenance Development
• Develop New Customers
• Maintain High Level of Service through Effective Communication
• Utilize Creative Marketing Strategies to Build Sales
• Multi-task with Other Departments in order to Facilitate Optimal Customer Satisfaction
Requirements:
The sucessful candidate will have a proven track record of building sales through effective written and verbal communication skills. We are looking for a team player with enthusiasm and drive to work in this environment. Knowledge of Industrial Applications is essential for sucess in this position.
Proficiency with web marketing tools, Microsoft Office Suite, communications and specifically a strong industrial background. College degree preferred but not required.
