ACCOUNT MANAGER Job in Brussels 1000, Brussels Belgium

The Account Manager excels through his/her extremely professional and commercial attitude, thorough command and meticulous follow-up of the dossiers handled, and knowledge of the financial markets. He/she will be responsible for high quality, fast performance of the various missions, supported by the Consultants.

As an Account Manager will have the following job responsibilities:
- The search for candidates;
- Holding interviews with candidates and be able to assess their suitability for specific functions;
- Sales Responsibilities for a given client portfolio and prospection of new clients;
- Follow-up of both clients and candidates in order to maintain optimal relations between the parties;
- The ongoing follow-up of changes an dmarket trends via reading and various forms of networking.

The Account Manager reports directly to the Business Unit Manager or the District Manager and works closely with the Consultants and the Administrative Assistants.

You have at least a bachelor degree. You have relevant experience in Human Resources. You are fluent in Dutch and French and you can easily work in English. You are interested in the financial an insurance sector and you are willing to follow the evolutions and trends in the marketplace. You have excellent communication skills You are dynamic and stress resistant.
