Experian Consumer Direct is part of Experian InteractiveSM and a market leader for online credit reports, scores and monitoring products delivered directly to consumers through Web sites such as www.ProtectMyID.com, www.FreeCreditScore.com, and www.FamilySecure.com . The Data Breach Account Manager has day-to-day management responsibility for new and existing partnerships for Data Breach Resolution and the subsequent acquisition of Consumers for the Protection Vertical. The individual will own the primary relationship of these accounts including account planning and strategy, profitability and implementing the deal structure. The position also requires the ability to identify new marketing opportunities with these partners and convey the value of the Experian Consumer Direct portfolio of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for client for inbound client service and operationally related activities as well as act as internal liaison to cross-functional units (i.e., product, finance, legal, creative, web development, customer care etc.) on behalf of Data Breach, B2B and B2C partners.
- Responsibilities include handling of customer escalations, sales fulfillment activities (i.e..re-orders, product extension requests, etc.), client enhancement requests, presentation, reporting, client meetings and other operational activities related to client support in aggressive timeframes.
- Provide primary account support to outbound sales executives and maintain relationship continuity from pre-sales to post-sales. Activities include:
- Pre-sales support; including, but not limited to pricing, RFP creation, and development of sales collateral.
- Post-sales support; including, but not limited, to survey analysis, post data breach event handling, customer care issue resolution, and contract renewals. Support sales efforts to expand partnership beyond Data Breach, such as i.e. Employee Purchase programs
- Ability to negotiate contracts and renewals.
- Work in partnership with Sales on profitability and sales structure
- The position also requires the ability to identify new marketing opportunities with partners and affiliated relationships.
- Creates proposals, presentations and other documents for client and/or internal use in the evaluation and approval of new opportunities and optimization of current plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional experience in client services/ sales support and online/offline account management and marketing
- Superior analytical and influential skills, attention for detail, and exceptional creativity, all at the same time in a resource constrained environment.
- Expert knowledge of online media metrics and buying models
- Solid track record of successfully understanding the needs of the client, addressing issues in creative ways and developing relationships that lead to long-term partnerships.
- Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work within a fact paced company with increasing needs.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Understanding of offline/online marketing, metrics, measurements, etc.
- Proficiency with MS Office software: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
