A talented, experienced Internal Account Manager is required by this prestigious Doncaster based client.
My client is a well established, rapidly growing, market leading provider in the training and skills sector.
A unique and exciting opportunity now exists to join their existing team of sales professionals who deliver the highest levels of Account management via customer service, order processing, query resolution and business development services for their clients.
The successful applicant will be responsible for delivery of the following:-
Answering and responding to inbounds calls.
Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Advising clients regarding availability of courses and services.
Answering general enquiries relating to subject specific training.
Dealing with dispatch of results and certificates.
Advising, cross selling and up selling products and services where appropriate.
Calling clients to advise them regarding promotional campaigns on products and services.
Visiting clients for quarterly service level reviews.
