Do you have experience managing a portfolio of approximately 200 named business accounts, with 16+ access lines, to ensure account retention, and to maximize opportunities for additional account revenue. Responsibilities Include: Make outbound contacts to an open or assigned base of business accounts on a daily basis to drive incremental sales of key products Manage the daily funnel of accounts to ensure contact with a minimum of 10 to 20 business customers per day to meet assigned revenue objectives for the market area. Conduct "cold" calls for new potential customers. Maintain and routinely update business customer profile information. Work with customers to understand their telecommunication and data product and service requirements. Provide assistance to customers in designing telecommunications products or data systems to best meet existing or future business requirements. Work with Sales Engineers, technicians and other sales team personnel to develop system designs and provide price quotes. Sell customers on the value of CenturyLink products and services to overcome objections. Complete all administrative tasks as required to ensure timely and accurate records of customer related activities. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Conduct retention and "win-back" activities as required. Conduct on-site customer presentations for key sales opportunities as required facilitating the sale of CenturyLink products and services. Perform special projects or other duties as assigned. Write, submit, and deliver proposals and presentations - Presenting an integrated solution-centered approach to customers Create, evaluate, and revise account plans, Identify growth opportunities to expand business and create strategic alliances to win support - Apply technical knowledge ? with an emphasis on data solutions.
