Customer Account Manager opportunity working for a leading organisation providing health and social care IT services. As the Customer Account Manager you will be managing a number of existing customer accounts and actively working to develop these to their full potential. Defining, negotiating and agreeing commercial terms, and participating in the negotiation of new contracts. You will also be responsible for pursuing new opportunities, to open up new accounts, taking a lead role in tender submissions and presentations.
As an experienced Account Manager, ideally with experience within the health and social care IT services market, or public sector sales. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, communicating with customers at senior and director level. Utilising your persuasive and credible sales approach and commercial judgement, to build and maintain rewarding relationships.
