My client is one of the largest UK training providers and we have an exciting lucrative opportunity to join this growing team as an home based Account Manager. Successfully working within the public sector winning a number of proffered supplier status zones within recent Employment Related Support Service / Work Programme from the Department of work and Pensions (DWP), my client specialises in assisting hard-to-reach groups such as the long term unemployed, lone parents, people with disabilities and ethnic minorities back into work. As the Account Manager you will be managing the B2B sales and apprenticeship placements.

To be a successful Account Manager you will have a training or recruitment background with knowledge of public sector / government funded training and employment indicatives. Being well networked and knowledgeable on DWP, Young People's Learning Agency, Skills Funding Agency and other government partners will be an advantage but not essential.

As the Account Manager you will be target driven and well disciplined. With a good knowledge of local businesses within the M11 area, you will have exceptional communication skills and be able to relate and understand customer and employee needs.

To succeed as an Account Manager you will be professional in your approach and an innovative thinker. You must be able to drive in order to visit customers and network within the area.
