Account Manager Job in Montreal, Quebec Canada
A leading provider of software solutions within the insurance industry is in search of the following position based out of their Montreal office:
IT Account Manager (implementation support)
Primary Responsibilities:
· Providing client and account support daily
· Building and maintaining positive relationships with client account stakeholders
· Administrative and organizational support; preparation of internal status reports, project management and deliverable schedules
· Representing assigned licensee accounts during release cycles by testing new and existing application functionality
· Preparing client-facing and internal documentation
· Managing system implementation for assigned accounts, where required
· Coordinating internal trafficking / timeline management of project work between various departments
· Troubleshooting user issues
· Analyzing and documenting user requirements
· Ensuring approvals are obtained, where necessary
Requirements Competencies:
· Fluency in English, spoken and written
· Minimum of 3 years experience providing project management, training, documentation and support services for customers related to the implementation of enterprise application software
· Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
· Strong presentation and communication skills (both written and spoken)
· Insurance industry experience an asset
· Attention to detail
· Ability to problem solve
· Ability to work independently and take initiative
· Proficient computer skills (MS Office)
· Flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment
