Account Manager - Patient Adherence

 

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to work in our healthcare communications agency, specialising in patient support strategies and programmes.

We are a leading global Adherence Solutions company looking for an experienced Account Manager to help service our client operation in New Jersey, US.

 

We want someone who will quickly grasp what we do and take no time to become a guru in all things ‘adherence’ related. You will be confident and experienced in managing projects from start to completion, and will have a knack for communicating clear briefs to our team of internal experts; health psychologists, business analysts and creative writers/art directors, to deliver outstanding patient and health care professional communication strategies for our discerning clients.

 

The role will report directly to the Account Director so you will have the autonomy to own your accounts and make your mark.

 

You will have:

 

·         A passion for delivering value and solution driven healthcare communications.

·         Account management experience including project management, financial follow up as well as working with a creative team.

·         A background in science would be helpful and knowledge of US prescription medicine marketing would be fantastic.

·         Strong project management skills.
