Account Manager Job in New York 10011, New York US
· Serve as a consultative liaison and the primary point of escalation/engagement between Sterling and specific client accounts to protect and grow the revenue of the account.
· Act as a customer advocate to drive improvement in the customer experience across the business
· Analyze product consumption patterns and outcomes to optimize customer ROIs and increase service usage.
· Identify financial and hiring trends within assigned accounts
· Support new account implementations, HRIS project planning and integrations, user communication and implementation
· Own and facilitate the resolution of customer escalations with senior management and internally
· Implement new users within existing accounts, communicate changes in permissions that would affect current account set-up/permissions
· Drive Contract renewal and RFP activities across the account base including contract negotiations with client
· Travel required up to 25% of the time
