Our client is currently seeking an Account Manager for the Ottawa Region!

 

The Ideal Candidate

-         Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills. Experience effective presenting sales, and services in the official language of their choice.

-         Knowledgeable in the Food Industry

-         Proven sales results in a professional B2B environment

-         Experience with sales presentations to large groups

-         Great mathematical skills; the ability to apply percentages, mark-ups and basic accounting principals

-         Knowledge of various software including, Navision order processing systems; MS Excel spreadsheet and MS Word.

 

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this Account Manager is responsible for the following:

-         Maintain and grow sales revenue by regular client visits and ongoing customer support

-         Liaises with distribution representatives, and supports territory objectives

-         Works with other Account Manager when required for client presentations

-         Develops leads and annual business reviews with key clients

-         Coordinates client group meetings with Customer Service Representatives, speakers and locations

-         Setting up products for demonstrations with clients or a trade shows

-         Follows up with National Sales Manager on client issues, delivery or product problems, services queries

 

Requirements:

-         University of College Degree, or 5 years related experience
