Account Manager
Are you outgoing, energetic, detail oriented and passionate about account management? If you are then a leading Manhattan integrated telecommunications provider needs you!
This position acts in a customer care role and will not require direct sales or telecom experience. We are seeking Account Managers who will act as a single point of contact for all customer care related issues for an assigned customer base of our largest and most valuable accounts. In addition to customer care, the candidate will also be responsible for relationship management and up sell within their assigned customer base.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree required.
- Must have a minimum of 3+ years experience in a similar role.
- Experience working directly with large, nationwide accounts a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- Must have a winning personality and be able to build long lasting relationships.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Must be proficient in Outlook and Excel. Candidates will be required to pass a basic skills test.
Compensation:
